Upcoming Rifle Shooting Merit Badge Opportunities

This Rifle Shooting Merit Badge class is for Scouts BSA or Venturing youth. All requirements for the merit badge will be covered in-class. Each session (class) is limited to 8 Scouts due to new BSA Merit Badge staffing requirements.

Classroom materials, targets, 100 rounds 22 LR ammunition, eye and ear protection will be provided. Participants need to pack a lunch and dress appropriately for the weather. Please bring leader-signed Blue Cards and parent signed permission slips to class.

Sessions

This is a full-day class, starting at 8 a.m. and going until 6 p.m. on the day of your session. Here are the different sessions we are offering it:

• September 17th, 2022 - Kimball Rod and Gun Club, 9837 Willow Creek Rd, Kimball, MN 55353

• October 15th, 2022 - Phillippo Scout Camp, 30654 32nd Ave Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009

• October 16th, 2022 - Phillippo Scout Camp, 30654 32nd Ave Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009

Cost

$36 for the day. Includes training, materials, range time, and ammunition. Does not include any meals (bring your own lunch).
